Recipe Name : Fish in hollandaise sauce

Ingredients : Hollandaise sauce:
2 yolks
1/3 glass cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon juice
1/4 glass butter
Fish:
4 fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper crisps
1 lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
Directions : • To prepare the sauce add all ingredients except for butter in a watery bath on heat then mix until the mixture is thick. Then remove off heat, add butter, and stir. You can keep the sauce in the fridge until you need it.
• Season the fish with salt, pepper, chili, and cumin.
• Add lemon, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
• Soak the fish in the marinade for 30 minutes at least.
• Roast the fish on the grill or in the pan for 10 minutes and on both sides.
• Pour the hollandaise sauce over the fish and serve.
