Recipe Name : Gulf biryani with shrimps

Ingredients : 500 g shrimps
2 onion chopped into slices
2 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped ginger
1 big tomato chopped into small cubes
1-2 fresh or dry chili
1/2 glass minced coriander
2 bay leaves
4 cardamoms
1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
1 tablespoon black mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry
1/4 glass olive oil
2 glasses rice
Directions : • Fry the onion, garlic, ginger, and mustard in the preheated olive oil.
• Add tomatoes and stir for 2 minutes.
• Add the fresh coriander, cardamom, bay, and chili and leave over heat for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the shrimps and stir until well-done.
• Add the powdered spices. Leave the mixture covered on low heat for 10 minutes.
• Cook the rice in salted water with 4 cardamoms and 2 sticks of cinnamon.
• Drain the water and mix the rice with the shrimps.
• Move the whole to a bowl and cover then leave on a low heat for 30 minutes.
• Serve with yogurt salad or green salad.
