Recipe Name : Chicken breasts with creamy Dijon mustard sauce

Ingredients : 4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 glass Dijon mustard
1/2 glass apple juice
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh or dried parsley
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper
1/2 glass whole cream
4 tablespoons sesame
Directions : • Mix the mustard with juice, tarragon, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and brown sugar in a bowl.
• Lay the chickens in a plate or plastic bag and add the mixture.
• Gently mix the marinade with the chickens in the bag then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
• Roast the sesame over low heat then put aside.
• Remove the breasts from the marinade and grill them for 6-8 hours over medium grill heat until the chicken is well-done.
• Add the cream to the mustard mixture and bring over medium heat until it boils then turn the heat to low and let boil for one minute.
• Spread the creamy mustard on the chicken and serve.
